Omelette

2 Large eggs
2 Tablespoons of cream (100%)
Leaf spinach (handful)
Onion (handful finely chopped)
Butter
Potatoes (pre-cooked in the skin)
Salt
suroviny

Procedure

Sauté the onion on the butter. Whip up the egg yolks with the cream and pour this over the sautéed onion. Allow to firm slightly and add a handful of leaf spinach. The omelette should not be completely firm. Bake the potatoes on butter or olive oil and serve as a side dish.
