Potato cream with corn

1 tablespoon of butter
50 ml of Olive oil
45 ml of Cream
Corn kernels
0.5 kg of Potatoes
1 Onion
A little bouillon


Finely chop the onion and place in the pot on to heated butter and olive oil (ratio 1:1), only sauté, add the potatoes diced into small pieces and the bouillon. Salt, cook and then thicken with the cream and blend. Finally add the corn (you may use any kind of vegetables).


Instead of corn you may use spinach or broccoli.
