Procedure
Pour water into the pot and add the lime (press out first), thyme and a little olive oil. Cut the turkey breasts into fillets about 2 cm thick and place them inside the steam bowl together the vegetables and salt them. Cook for about 6-8 minutes. Tip
Instead of water with lime and thyme you can use chicken bouillon.
